These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Finclara Private Limited ("Finclara"). By clicking "I agree," creating an account, or using finclara.co, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable-Use Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 or older.
Finclara is an information and intelligence platform built on publicly registered property-transaction records, with an AI assistant ("Clara"), property listings, partner connections (designers, loan desks, and others), and editorial content.
Finclara is NOT a real-estate broker, a law firm, a financial adviser, a valuer, or a lender. Information on the platform — including Clara's outputs and registered-price data — is for general information only, provided "as is," and is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, nor a guarantee of accuracy or of any outcome. Always verify independently and consult a qualified professional before transacting. Property decisions you make are your own.
Aggregate insights are derived from public registration records and may contain errors, omissions, or lags; they are not an official record. Finclara does not warrant their completeness or accuracy.
Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity under your account; provide accurate information; use the service lawfully and per the Acceptable-Use Rules.
Listings and partner profiles are provided by users/partners; Finclara does not guarantee them. Paid features and any fees, billing, and Refund/Cancellation terms are set out at the point of purchase and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy; payments are processed by Razorpay.
The platform, design, software, and our compilation/curation of data are owned by Finclara. Underlying factual records are not owned by anyone. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Finclara a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You may not scrape, copy, or resell Finclara's data or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Finclara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the information. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Finclara in the three months before the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are preserved.
You agree to indemnify Finclara against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Rules.
Complaints are handled per our Grievance Redressal Policy (Grievance Officer; acknowledgement within 24 hours, resolution within 15 days). If unsatisfied with our Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (gac.gov.in) within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Panvel, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection forums.
We may update these Terms and will seek fresh acceptance for material changes.
