By using Finclara you agree not to create, upload, share, or transmit content or conduct that (per Rule 3(1)(b), IT Rules 2021, and our platform rules):
- belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
- is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting/harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or relating to or encouraging money-laundering or gambling;
- is harmful to a child;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right;
- violates any law in force;
- deceives or misleads about origin, or is patently false/misleading and intended to mislead;
- impersonates another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly foreign relations, or public order, or incites any cognisable offence;
- contains a software virus or any malicious code; or
- is patently false or untrue, shared to cause harm.
Platform-specific rules: no fake or duplicate listings; no scraping, bulk-copying, or reselling Finclara data/content; no misuse of partner contact details obtained through the platform; no spam or unsolicited marketing; no attempts to bypass the platform's connect/quote flows or security.
Consequences: we may remove offending content and suspend or terminate accounts. To report a violation, contact our Grievance Officer (Grievance Redressal Policy).
