Grievance Redressal Policy

In accordance with the IT Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act 2023, Finclara has appointed a Grievance Officer.

How to file: email the Grievance Officer with your name, contact details, a description of the issue (and the URL/listing/content concerned), and what you'd like done.

Our timelines:

• Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Resolution within 15 days (and, for requests to exercise data-protection rights under the DPDP Act, within the time required by law and in any case within 90 days).
• Within 24 hours for complaints by or on behalf of an individual about content exposing private/intimate images, nudity, a sexual act, impersonation, or morphed images — we will remove or disable such content.

Appeals: if you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in within 30 days. For data-protection matters, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
